This is the first blog I’ve ever written on behalf of my own business. I have spent years ghostwriting for other companies or contributing to columns in other publications, but I have never sat down and just written…. for myself. For you.
I’d like to begin this new chapter as a full-time entrepreneur and keynote speaker by telling you something:
You have strengths, you have stories, and you have something special. There is no one on this planet who is exactly like you. Do you know how much power you hold? You have a perspective and a voice that can move mountains. You can be whoever you want to be and accomplish anything you desire.
Are you willing to do the work? Are you willing to ask bold questions of yourself and of others? Are you willing to take a risk?

My name is Courtney Stanley and I believe that you have an opportunity to make an impact. To build a legacy that’s meaningful. To positively change the people around you.
I am wildly passionate about having authentic conversations because I believe that is where change begins. When we start getting curious about one another, we start finding commonalities.
