Costa Rica native Natalia Roblero brings over 14 years of professional expertise in hospitality, tourism and incentive travel.

Her journey began as a group coordinator at Four Seasons Resort Costa Rica, leading to a career specializing in incentive travel-focused meetings and events. She currently serves as the director of groups and incentives sales at Memorable Travel Group, a premier destination management company in Central America.

Natalia’s mission is clear: foster client relationships, craft unique memories, and lead an exceptional team.

Appointed to the board of directors of the Costa Rica Convention Bureau in 2023, she’s also the Young Leaders VP at SITE Central America Chapter and actively collaborated as a member and co-chair of SITE Global´s Young Leaders committee.

Beyond work, Natalia treasures moments with her 12-year-old daughter Mila and indulges in wellness activities, running, travel, wine and food!
