Rachel Andrews is a seasoned meetings and events leader with two decades of experience managing events of all sizes and caliber.

She leads Cvent’s global, 40-person planning team ensuring flawless execution of 1,000-plus events annually, including Cvent’s annual hybrid user conference, Cvent CONNECT.

In addition to managing customer-facing events, Rachel’s team is in charge of Cvent’s internal events program that drives engagement for their global team of 5,000-plus employees, supports corporate initiatives and powers the company’s culture.

Rachel is one of the founding hosts of the Great Events Podcast by Cvent. Rachel is also on MPI’s International Board of Directors.
